GEALAN-LINEAR® is a profile system that combines technical, economic and visual factors. In an uncomplicated manufacturing process , this is used to create front doors. These ideally complement the windows from the system or fit harmoniously into any façade due to their minimalist design . Thanks to the multi-chamber construction , the doors meet the highest standards of thermal insulation, sound insulation and stability.
Ideally suited for many construction situations
GEALAN-LINEAR® can be used universally. Due to its versatility, it is suitable for new buildings as well as for renovations. The profile system offers a wide range of solutions on the basis of which modern windows, front doors or sliding doors can be manufactured. The 74 mm technology from GEALAN-LINEAR® ensures a high level of stability. Thanks to its multi-chamber design, the system has a high degree of thermal insulation, sound insulation and safety. The universal sash rebate is integrated throughout all window sashes. This allows either classic blocking, bonding by STV® or production-optimized wet bonding. The standard use of recyclate in the profile core reduces the proportion of virgin PVC. This contributes to the conservation of fossil resources and can reduce the CO₂ footprint in the production of the window profile compared to profiles without the use of recyclates.¹
Variants of GEALAN-LINEAR® at a glance
The system platform consistently picks up on the linear design language that is currently a defining style in architecture. Thanks to the angular design of GEALAN-LINEAR®, simple façades are created in a contemporary way. PVC windows from the versatile system can be further refined in terms of colour and function with the durable GEALAN-acrylcolor® surface. For elements made of GEALAN-LINEAR®, a selection of matching glazing beads is available. These continue the modern look on the inside. The narrow face widths of the frame and sash provide plenty of daylight in the building.

GEALAN-LUMAXX®
Our versatile system all-rounder GEALAN-LINEAR® is available in various profile variants. With profiles in the GEALAN-LUMAXX® version , particularly slim views can be achieved without having to sacrifice ease of use and safety. The GEALAN-LUMAXX® configuration also offers a mono-slip-on solution with a face width of only 100 mm – for windows with a maximum glass area and optimum incidence of light.
GEALAN-acrylcolor®
GEALAN-acrylcolor® is a durable surface made of PMMA. It not only gives plastic profiles colour and an elegant look, but also enhances them with functional advantages . The premium surface makes windows made of GEALAN-LINEAR® scratch-resistant, insensitive to dirt and resistant to weather influences. In this way, it extends the already long service life of PVC windows even further.
Surfaces
Numerous surfaces are available for the GEALAN-LINEAR® system. Their design possibilities go far beyond the classic white design of PVC windows. In addition to the durable GEALAN-acrylcolor® surface, the comprehensive range of high-quality decorative films also allows for an enormous variety of colours. Aluminium cladding offers even more colour options with a noble aluminium finish for the exterior.
